Water Jet
EliCUT K2 WJ is the innovative water jet CNC cutting system without dies specific for the cutting of hide and other materials, designed especially for production.
Working surface and locking device
The two working areas allow the no-stop running of the machine during nesting, cutting and unload and specific technical functions allow a perfect cutting of soles also on not completely flat hide backs.
Projection system
The nesting of the shapes is supported by a high luminosity DLP projector that can guarantee a perfect visibility of the shapes.
Automatic nesting and cutting of the shapes
The nesting can be either interactive or automatic, through the SW EliNest, while cutting is performed using high pressure water jet technology.
The management of cutting department with Domino SW
Domino SW, completely developed by Elitron for the management of cutting department, is the key factor of the integrated system: it coordinates all data (article, quantity, patterns, size and materials) and organizes the activity of one or more cutting units to optimise production and materials yield. It is interface able with any management system.
