Plaza
EliCUT K1 Plaza is the automatic cutting system with oscillating knife specific for furnishing, upholstery, apparel and automotive, fully designed and realized by Elitron with technical solutions specially studied for the specific sectors.
It is user friendly and interface able with any other marketed Cad-Cam system, thanks to Dialogo module.
Operative modalities
In accordance with the operator needs, it is possible to set the working surface in various alternated areas (cutting, nesting, unloading) or to activate the specific function of multi-nesting, (nesting in any portion of the surface and start cutting; nesting in the next portion, and start cutting again), in order to reduce the downtime of the operator. Besides, the operator is free to move in both sides of the machine, using the whole working area.
Working surface, vacuum system, projection
The working surface is so big to allow the spread of two big leathers on it. The working surface is equipped with a powerful sectioned suction system for a better locking of the leather on the surface. The whole cutting surface is lit by two high luminosity DLP projectors with wide-angle optic, that allow the whole area to be lit in the same time.
Cutting head
EliCUT K1 Plaza is equipped with a multi-tool cutting head, extremely reliable, easily removable and designed for an easy and quick maintenance.
It is equipped with 4 tools:

- Pin
- Perforator
Domino, Sw for the management of cutting department
Domino coordinates all data (Article, quantity, patterns, and materials) and organizes the activity of one or more cutting units to optimise production and materials yield.
