EliCUT K1 Laser is the innovative system for the cutting and inlay of leather with laser technology, that guarantees an extremely high quality, with the maximum easiness of use. It is an open system, interface able with any other marketed Cad-Cam system.
Projection and cutting system
The projection system allows the placement of the shapes directly on leather, while the head equipped with laser source moves perpendicularly on the cutting surface, guaranteeing a much more precise cutting.
Main technical features
The main features of the EliCUT K1 Laser are the following:
- projection system for the interactive nesting of the shapes on leather, with a high luminosity DLP projector
- sectioned suction surface for a perfect blocking of the leather
- optional smoke extractor unit
- integrated refrigerator unit
- software Domino, software for the management of working orders, it coordinates all data (article, quantity, patterns, size and materials) and organizes the activity of one or more cutting units to optimise production and materials yield.
