Junior
EliCUT K1 Junior, of the EliCUT K1 series, is the leather cutting system with oscillating knife, specific for samples and little productions.
EliCUT K1 Junior PR, the specific version with the slide for roles, allows the cutting of synthetic and textiles materials, in rolls and sheets.
Designed and manufactured by Elitron, it guarantees reliability, cutting quality and easiness of use, also for operators without computer training. It is an open system and it is compatible with any marketed Cad Cam system.
Suction surface
The sloped working area is equipped with a powerful sectioned suction surface, for a better blocking of the leather on the surface.
Projection of the shapes on leather
The cutting surface is lit by a high luminosity DLP projector, which can guarantee a perfect visibility of the projected shapes. The original and exclusive projection geometry allows the operator to have a closer look at the leather without obstructing projection.
Cutting head
Provided with a reliable multi-tool cutting head, that can be easily removed and was designed for and easy and quick maintenance. Equipped with five tools:
- Oscillating knife
- Pen
- Pin
- Two perforators
Automatic nesting and nesting outside the machine
They can be equipped with EliNest software for the automatic nesting or with Elitron Visio for the nesting outside the machine.
