EliCUT MX-2 is the CNC system specific for soles factories to realize templates, pressers and pantographed soles, It can be used both for sampling and production.
EliCUT MX-2 system can be used with pantographed soles made of leather and plastics, and with bakelite and wood for templates and pressers.
- Thanks to its two heads, it can carry out millings, cut-out and other manufactures on soles, working on flat and on three-dimensional surfaces as well.
- The two tools located on the two milling spindles, can work either on two different soles simultaneously, or both on the same sole.
- The extraordinary productivity of the machine is of 2100 pairs each working day of 8 hours and the system guarantees the realization of one sole in 6 seconds.
