Dynamo
It can cut 250 pairs of hide soles and 650 of tunith soles per hour, EliCUT K1 Dynamo is the newest cutting system with oscillating knife for soles. It allows to cut and in-lay one sole at the same time.
Suction system and locking device
Besides the powerful suction system that keeps the material close to the cutting surface, the machine is equipped with a specific patented locking device, that allows you to obtain the maximum quality also with not completely flat backs.
Projection system
The projection geometry specially studied by Elitron, guarantees a perfect visibility of the projected shapes.
Automatic nesting
Besides the interactive nesting system, EliCUT K1 Dynamo is equipped with the easy and immediate EliNest, software for the automatic nesting completely developed by Elitron, or with Elitron Visio, nesting table outside machine.
Cutting head
The pneumatic and multi-tool cutting head is characterized by extreme reliability and it was designed for an easy and quick maintenance.
Domino, SW for the management of cutting department
Is the great advantage of Elitron systems: it coordinates all data (article, quantity, shapes, size and materials), it optimises production and manages one or more cutting units.
