Elitron’s software engineering know-how is revealed in ElitronCad2D: creating new shapes is immediate thanks to an integrated common parts library, importing drawings from standard CAD formats is instantaneous and parts are optimized for maximum cutting quality.
Kombo SD
EliCUT K1 Kombo SD gamma is the best solution for automatic cutting of advertising graphics stuff. Specifically developed to guarantee a flexible processing provides cutting heads equipped with fix or oscillating blade, creasing tool and milling tool to trim every material ( forex, PVC, plastic, film, paper, cardboard, corrugated and so on). Kombo SD is provided with an automatic presetting device that secure the automatic setting of the tools. Elitron internal know-how of pioneer guarantee unexcelled cutting quality, operating simplicity maximization and reliability.
Suction Surface.
The working area is equipped with a powerful sectioned vacuum system that allows to focus the sucking power only where it needs and for this reason best keep the material on the surface.
Projection system
The cutting surface is lighten by a powerful DPL projector.
The high luminosity projection system permits efficient lighten of the working area and projects shapes directly on materials to optimize the yield.
Automatic nesting
Kombo SD shape nesting is the intelligent system able to work automatically.
Automatic material position bearing, shape identification, reference mark identification and automatic processing acquisition by following rules set out by the operator.
Seeker System
Processing accuracy is controlled in each moment by the Seeker System, a specific software provides with two cameras for the automatic reference mark identification and shape acquisition to provide the best trim of the sheets independently from dimensions and positioning on working surface. Seeker System enable automatic processing and reduce operator support.
EliStile 3D
EliStile 3D is the software completely developed by Elitron for the stylistic designing. It allows the digitalization of the last through 3D digitizer or through import of the standard format files from specialized software. Besides, with Elistile 3D it is possible to digitize the style lines drawn on the last or to draw the style lines directly on screen.
Main functions
The style can be created directly on the last or imported from ElitronCad 2D and applied on the last. Extremely useful on the stylistic point of view, is the possibility to apply the same style on different lasts, because EliStile 3D provides automatically for the adjustment of the style for the new last.
The software stands out for the extreme easiness of use and immediacy typical of Elitron products, further it produces a big variety of renderings and the view of different materials, colours and texture.
But the extraordinary advantage of EliStile 3D is the possibility to transfer directly data to ElitronCad 2D: also those that so far have worked only with ElitronCad 2D can see their styles in 3D. EliStile 3D and ElitronCad 2D can be perfectly integrated, in order to offer more advantages to the user of Elitron range products.
Dialogo
Dialogo is the most versatile and complete software for the interfacement with any other marketed Cad cam product. Dialogo allows to a another Cad system to “comunicate” with all the Cad Cam systems both importing and exporting styles that have to be cut through an advanced configuration of DXF format.
User Interface
It’s all on screen, in its icons and menus. Dialogo has a rational and intuitive user interface with an easy and clear graphic also for operators without computer training.
Production optimization
Dialogo can optimize the material consumption, because it allows to apply changes on the patterns to cut in order to better results on cutting (es. trimming, fillet, etc.)
Parametric system
Dialogo is more that an interfacing system, because it is a parametric software. As a matter of fact it is possible to apply changes on the basic pattern and the system will apply it to all the other pieces.
Dialogo allows to choose the tool to be used for each pattern on the machine and to simulate the tool path on the screen, so to check in advance the correct action of the machine.
ElitronCad 2D leather goods
ElitronCad is the first Cad/Cam system of the market thanks to its easiness of use and completeness. Developed under Windows operating system, it is characterized by original and simple solutions that spring from a direct knowledge of the leather goods sector and from an intensive experience in the field of Cad/Cam applications. Besides ElitronCad 2D is an open system, compatible with any other Cad Cam system in the market.
User interface
It’s all on screen, in its icons and menus. ElitronCad has a rational and intuitive user interface. It features a large working area, a top toolbar containing all the functions shared by the modules and floating toolbars for the specific functions of the given module.

EliNest
EliNest is the software for the automatic nesting of the shapes completely designed and realized by Elitron in order to further optimise the leather and synthetics cutting process. All the cutting systems of the range EliCUT K1 and EliCUT K2 can be equipped with EliNest and Elitron Visio. Developed under Windows™ operating system, it is characterized by the same immediacy and easiness of use that distinguish all Elitron products.
Main functions
The software allows you both to digitise the leather perimeter using a mouse and to acquire it by means of camera. Once the leather perimeter has been digitised or acquired it can be stored in the Hard Disk.
With EliNest it is possible to select the faults and insert all the necessary information for the nesting of each pattern (e.g. way, direction, joint). Once the faults have been digitised, it is possible to save the shapes, for an easy re-use.
Now, EliNest comes into play with the nesting of the shapes. the nesting carried out with EliNest can be completely integrated with the interactive and manual nesting, because it allows the manual nesting of the most difficult patterns (upper, toe, etc.) and the automatic nesting of the other patterns.
Domino
Developed under Windows operating system, Domino is the Sw for the management of cutting department. It coordinates all data (article, quantity, patterns, materials and eventually size) and manages the cutting orders, organizes the activity of one or more cutting units to optimise production and materials yield. It is interface able with any management system, the ideal use of Domino is in a specific workstation outside machine, but it is also installed in the machine in order to guarantee the necessary operating flexibility to give quick reply to the market.
Main functions
Domino sends cutting orders to the machine dividing them according to materials typology and eventually size.
In order to optimise the material yield, the SW can group the patterns belonging to different styles that have to be cut on the same material.
Once the cut is finished, Domino allows an easy patterns unloading, by dividing the patterns according to their style or size, lighting them with the projection system.
As all Elitron products, it is characterized by the maximum easiness of use that makes its use immediate also for operators without computer training.
EliStore
EliStore, developed under Windows operating system, is a software package specific for the multimedia storage of images. As all Elitron products its main feature is an extreme easiness of use, that makes its use very quick also for operators without computer training. It is a valid help for the promotional and marketing activities.
Main functions
It allows the realization of customized catalogues aimed at any use It is equipped with specific functions for the management of images with price list and currency and to play catalogues on CDs or generate them in html format to publish them in the net.
It allows you to :
- acquire images of products, accessories and materials etc. from any digital source (scanners, digital cameras, video cameras, CD Rom, etc.).
- link any style to the relevant information, set according the user needs
- insert video clips and sounds
Mosaico
Developed under Windows operating system, Mosaico is the Elitron solution for the management of the product data. It is characterized, as all Elitron products by an extreme easiness of use and an immediate and direct user interface. It has also the necessary functions to allow the interface with the various management systems running under the various operating systems.
Main functions
It has the functions for the management of the technical reports and of the style variants, draws up automatically the bill of materials, calculate costs for each single item, and the materials requirements for samples production, creates cutting orders of samples and prints labels.
Mosaico allows also the management of images, with an integrated photographic classification for the coordinated management of the images of the finished products with those of components and accessories according to the specification of the bill of materials. Besides it is equipped with specific functions for the creation of photographic albums.
Tam Tam
Developed under Windows operating system, Tam Tam is a software package supporting the organization and quick start-up of new collections. It allows you to define and realize the preliminary report with all the technical and stylistic specifications of a project for a new product/samples: a real “product shaper”. To create a correct technical and stylistic description of the style ready to be processed. As all Elitron solutions it is characterized by the maximum easiness of use and a user interface extremely immediate and direct.
Main functions
Tam Tam is thus able to manage:
- a file of all the drawings, drafts and stylistic studies
- a photographic album of materials, components, accessories, finished products, etc.
It is further equipped with specific functions to upload images from digital media (digital cameras, scanners, digitisers, etc.)
Besides, with Tam Tam you can:
- insert costs, materials and suppliers
- produce prints and catalogues
- perform remote transfer, even via internet, of information, thus enhancing the quick data exchange between the parts involved in this phase (marketing dept., external stylists, salesmen, production, etc.)
Elitron Visio
Elitron Visio is the latest result of Elitron research for the nesting of the shapes outside machine.
It is the ideal completion of the new cutting systems of the EliCUT K1 and EliCUT K2 range, characterized by extreme productiveness and quickness of the cutting process
Visio, as a matter of fact, is a working table equipped with a high luminosity DLP projector and with a vacuum system. The use of Elitron Visio is aimed at optimising the work of skilled operators with high knowledge on leather, that can concentrate themselves exclusively on the nesting of the shapes.
Once the shapes have been nested, the leather is labelled and the nesting saved. The operator dedicated to the cutting process has only to open the nesting file referred to the leather spread on the working surface, and start cutting, carrying out in this way an easy and immediate work.
Visio is equipped with Domino, Sw for the management of cutting orders, that coordinates all data (Article, quantity, patterns, size and materials) and organizes the activity of one or more cutting units to optimise production and materials yield.
EliCUT P1
EliCUT P1 is the most advanced CNC cutting machine using punch technology for fibred cardboard. As all Elitron products, EliCUT P1 stands out for its reliability, productivity, easiness of use and cutting quality. It is an open system and completely interface able with marketed Cad systems, by means of Dialogo, specific module for the interfacement.

MX-2
EliCUT MX-2 is the CNC system specific for soles factories to realize templates, pressers and pantographed soles, It can be used both for sampling and production.
EliCUT MX-2 system can be used with pantographed soles made of leather and plastics, and with bakelite and wood for templates and pressers.
- Thanks to its two heads, it can carry out millings, cut-out and other manufactures on soles, working on flat and on three-dimensional surfaces as well.
- The two tools located on the two milling spindles, can work either on two different soles simultaneously, or both on the same sole.
- The extraordinary productivity of the machine is of 2100 pairs each working day of 8 hours and the system guarantees the realization of one sole in 6 seconds.
Laser Piuma
EliCUT K1 Laser is the innovative system for the cutting and inlay of leather with laser technology, that guarantees an extremely high quality, with the maximum easiness of use. It is an open system, interface able with any other marketed Cad-Cam system.
Projection and cutting system

The utilization of milling tool, oscillating blade with pneumatic alimentation and oscillating blade with electrical alimentation enable cutting material at every consistence and thickness, until 120 mm.

Plaza
EliCUT K1 Plaza is the automatic cutting system with oscillating knife specific for furnishing, upholstery, apparel and automotive, fully designed and realized by Elitron with technical solutions specially studied for the specific sectors.
It is user friendly and interface able with any other marketed Cad-Cam system, thanks to Dialogo module.
Operative modalities
In accordance with the operator needs, it is possible to set the working surface in various alternated areas (cutting, nesting, unloading) or to activate the specific function of multi-nesting, (nesting in any portion of the surface and start cutting; nesting in the next portion, and start cutting again), in order to reduce the downtime of the operator. Besides, the operator is free to move in both sides of the machine, using the whole working area.
Working surface, vacuum system, projection
The working surface is so big to allow the spread of two big leathers on it. The working surface is equipped with a powerful sectioned suction system for a better locking of the leather on the surface. The whole cutting surface is lit by two high luminosity DLP projectors with wide-angle optic, that allow the whole area to be lit in the same time.

Dynamo
It can cut 250 pairs of hide soles and 650 of tunith soles per hour, EliCUT K1 Dynamo is the newest cutting system with oscillating knife for soles. It allows to cut and in-lay one sole at the same time.
Suction system and locking device
Besides the powerful suction system that keeps the material close to the cutting surface, the machine is equipped with a specific patented locking device, that allows you to obtain the maximum quality also with not completely flat backs.
Projection system

EliScan 2D
EliScan 2D is an acquisition system through scanner of cardboard templates, patterns and shapes or other materials of different thickness, specific for footwear and leather goods sectors. Furthermore, EliScan 2D:
- Can be used very quickly by anyone thanks to its easy and efficient functions
- It is developed under Windows operating system it can be used with standard Hardware, with any PC or Windows compatible scanner
- It multiplies the speed of acquisition as it is capable of managing the simultaneous scanning of more pieces.
Main functions
EliScan recognizes the different pieces placed on the scanning surface and separates the different patterns as they would have been singularly digitised. It transfers directly the patterns into ElitronCad for the calculation of material consumption, for the size grading or for the exportation of the information into other applications using standard formats.
It identifies automatically both the external and internal profiles, generating lines (vectorization), that can be modified if necessary. The patterns acquired with EliScan 2D are immediately available for the material cutting, ranging from cardboard with the EliCUT P1, to leather with the EliCUT K1 systems.
Water Jet
EliCUT K2 WJ is the innovative water jet CNC cutting system without dies specific for the cutting of hide and other materials, designed especially for production.
Working surface and locking device
The two working areas allow the no-stop running of the machine during nesting, cutting and unload and specific technical functions allow a perfect cutting of soles also on not completely flat hide backs.
Projection system
The nesting of the shapes is supported by a high luminosity DLP projector that can guarantee a perfect visibility of the shapes.
Automatic nesting and cutting of the shapes
The nesting can be either interactive or automatic, through the SW EliNest, while cutting is performed using high pressure water jet technology.
